Single women are purchasing homes at twice the rate of single men. Yet, we often postpone important improvements because we don’t know how much it will cost, we are concerned about being taken advantage of, or we are intimidated to try to do it ourselves.
HardHat Diplomat webinars and group discussions will continue to build toward the goal of helping womxn overcome fears and confidently navigate the diverse challenges of home ownership.
Responders with the most compelling concepts will be contacted to discuss collaboration and the mutual benefits to your business and our participants.
We miss engaging our participants in person – one day we’ll be face-to-face again. That said, we recognize the benefit of being online is that we can bring valuable information to more womxn, in more places. This format also allows us to curate a collaborative network and build a greater offering of topics. Hosted by diverse, sharp, and relatable entrepreneurs and women in trades, the workshops are each in some way connected to helping people create safe and comfortable sanctuaries.
We STILL help people - especially women - create their ideal homes

HardHat Diplomat is delighted to announce the launch of our Workshops for Womxn online series. Presented in collaboration with industry professionals, these curated, affordable, home-centric sessions are designed by womxn, for womxn, and open to all genders.
Last year we taught in ten cities and helped hundreds of individuals feel more confident about navigating the home renovation process. After the pandemic brought all workshops to a sudden halt, we recently discovered a shining silver lining to moving online. While we always had intentions to create a virtual program, we never saw it happening like this.
YES, we miss engaging our participants in person, but we recognize the benefit of being online is that we can bring valuable information to more womxn, in more places. This format also allows us to curate a collaborative network and build a greater offering of topics centered on “home.” Hosted by diverse, sharp, and relatable entrepreneurs and women in trades, the workshops are and will all be in some way connected to helping people create safe and comfortable sanctuaries.
The first round of presenters come with serious credentials in organizing, occupational therapy, finance, home inspection, renovation, and tiny houses. Each brings the professional experience and also has their own “home” stories to tell.
Whether you are a renter or homeowner, these courses have relevance for you. Participants can learn to tackle basic home maintenance, engage contractors on big renovations, help their parents safely age in place, streamline makeshift home offices, design and organize inviting spaces, get personal finances in order, explore tiny house living, and more.
We are building the Workshops for Womxn marketplace organically. If you have interest in becoming involved as a corporate partner, sponsor, or presenter please contact us.
